We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the continental United States. Orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
At this time we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or internationally. If you have questions about shipping to your location, reach out and we'll do our best to help.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind TidiTurf 100%. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right. Just contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo.
Because TidiTurf is a washable hygiene product, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges on used or opened items. All sales are final once the product has been opened.
