1. Agreement

By accessing or purchasing from www.tiditurf.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. We may update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Products and pricing

TidiTurf sells machine-washable dog turf mats. We aim to describe our products accurately, but slight variations in color and texture may occur. Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice; the price at checkout is the price you pay. Sale prices do not apply retroactively to past orders.

3. Pre-order batches

Some sales are for limited production batches. Estimated ship windows on the product page are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. If a batch is delayed more than 30 days beyond its announced window, you may cancel before shipment for a full refund (see Refund Policy).

4. Orders and payment

We accept payment through the methods shown at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailable inventory. If we cancel your order after charging you, we will refund you in full.

5. Shipping and delivery

See our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. Title transfers upon payment.

6. Returns and refunds

See our Refund Policy. This section, together with that policy, states your complete return and refund rights.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site — no unlawful activity, no interference with Site operations, no infringement of intellectual property, and no automated scraping without permission.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, images, video, the TidiTurf name and logo, and the Sparky mascot — is owned by or licensed to TidiTurf LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without written permission.

9. Disclaimers

Products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Pet products should be used with supervision. The turf mat is machine washable; follow the care instructions on the product page to avoid damage.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or products is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. Unresolved disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in New Jersey, except that either party may bring a claim in small claims court in Burlington County, New Jersey.
