Returns

All sales are final. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on this product, except when it arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items

If your TidiTurf arrives damaged or defective, email hello@tiditurf.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll reply within 2 business days, cover return shipping, and send a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the item arrives damaged or defective.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. All sales are final except when an item arrives damaged or defective (see above).

Late or missing refunds

If your refund hasn't appeared after 10 business days, first check with your bank or card issuer, then contact us at hello@tiditurf.com and we'll trace it.
